On-line registration is available through ACCEPS (Online registration deadline is June 27th).

For each member of your party, please provide the following information:

• FULL Modern Legal Name
• SCA name:
• SCA BRANCH (KINGDOM AND GROUP)
• GROUP CAMPING WITH (IF DIFFERENT THAN ABOVE)
• Age if under 21
• Member? If so, member number [membership card will still be needed at the event to verify waiver status]
• Camping or day-tripping?
• Amount paying for this person (please refer to fee schedule above)

Please include the following information when mailing your reservation:

• Total amount of money included in this reservation
• Would you like e-mail confirmation that your check has arrived?
• Day arriving (if known)
• Your email address
• Phone number and best time to call to confirm by phone

Enclose a check for site fees and any applicable non-member surcharges, made out to "SCA, INC. -- UNSER HAFEN", and mail to the following address:

For any minors attending with a parent or legal guardian:

• A current blue membership card, indicating a waiver is on file with the corporate office.
• A signed minor waiver.

If you are a court-ordered legal guardian, please have a copy of the COURT papers, appointing you guardian of the minor.

For any minors attending without a parent or legal guardian:

1. The minor must have a NOTARIZED temporary guardian consent form, signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian, appointing an ADULT (person who is 21 or older) who will be attending the event with the minor and will be on-site the entire time with the minor. This form will be retained at the Gate.
2. ONE of the following documents:
   • A current blue membership card for the minor, indicating a waiver is on file with the corporate office.
   • A minor waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian of the minor.

There will not be a notary on site, so the guardian consent form must be completed in advance. The adult parent/guardian MUST be with the minor at the Gate to check them in.

Any person who is an emancipated minor must have copies of appropriate documentation of their status (Court order, marriage license, etc.) to show at Gate. Without appropriate documentation, the above documents WILL be required to attend the event.
