Merchants
There will be a Merchant's Row set up near the Towne Center. Merchant spaces
will be assigned by the merchant coordinator, based on the size of merchant
space needed, on a first-registered, first-assigned basis. Merchants may enter
the site to begin setup at 9am on Wednesday, July 1st. General
admission to the event begins at noon. Merchants may NOT sell from vehicles,
unless the vehicle is completely enclosed by a period-style tent.
As of June 13, these merchants have registered for Glory XII:
- BTS Chocolate Honey / Full Seasons Massage
- Five flavors of chocolate honey, canned beverages, prepacked snack food,
herbal medicines, theraputic massage services.
- Om Shanti Handcrafts
- Books, jewelry, bath & body products.
- MLODN the Mercheant
- General SCA goods, books, trim, blades, rattan, jewelry, etc.
- Sir Asad's Silk Road Caravan
- Middle-eastern garb, Silk-Road trading items, yurts.
- The Well Dressed Tent
Site Environment
Potential merchants should be aware that there is no on-site electricity and no
on-site water, besides the by-the-glass drinking water offered in the Inn and on
the martial fields. The site is mountainous, so spaces for tents are not
generally flat or level.
Merchant Fees
Merchant fees are $30 (includes site fee for one person) plus an item (or
items) from their stock valued around $35 for the volunteer raffle.
